Highlights of TRS

Improved User Experience

Streamlines the timecard process for the majority of campus employees, including all student employees.

Simple, Intuitive Design

Supports straightforward time entry and leave-taking for users.

Job-Specific Timecards

Each timecard will correspond to a specific job, so employees with multiple jobs will complete a separate timecard for each job.

Efficient Time Entry Tools

The copy/paste feature lets users enter time across multiple days. Users can set date ranges for entering the same information on multiple days.

Focused Supervisor Access

Supervisors can view only their direct reports' job information and hours, ensuring focused oversight.

Streamlined Late Timesheet Process

Employees and supervisors can complete and submit late timesheets directly within the application, eliminating the need for paper forms or processes outside of the timekeeping system.
