Leave (vacation and sick) accruals for the August 2017 MO payroll (check date 9/1/17) were calculated incorrectly for non-academic, EXEMPT employees due to a technical issue. The impacted population received accruals in whole hours instead of the normal factored amounts.
Leave adjustments will be made to ensure balances are corrected. These adjustments will be reflected in PPS on Thursday, August 31, 2017. At that time, you will be able to see the corrected vacation and sick balances.
Please note that vacation and sick leave balances will not be corrected in Caltime until the next refresh which will take place on 09/25/17.
We will not be sending an employee email notification, as the adjustment amounts are less than one hour per person. We have posted notification on the Caltime website.
