The web has been the most convenient way for employees and supervisors who are part of CalTime to access CalTime. But many of you asked if we could eliminate the need to re-authenticate for CalTime. We heard you, and now – you can.
Starting today, you only need to sign on once. If you are logged on with your CalNet ID (to bConnected, for example), when you go to the CalTime website and click on the Web Access (HTML) button – you’re in. (Of course, if you are not logged in anywhere with your CalNet ID, you will still have to authenticate on CalTime – but only once.)
If you’ve bookmarked the CalTime Web Access button on your computer, you will need to delete that, and bookmark this new URL: https://caltimeprod.berkeley.edu
For best results, please restart your computer before trying to sign on to CalTime for the first time.
(If you have downloaded and use the RDP, Remote Desktop Protocol, your CalTime access will remain the same... but you will also only sign on once.)
